OSEPE:s youth meeting in Frankfurt, Germany
During the weekend of March 15 and 16, our federation OSEPE held its annual youth meeting in the German city of Frankfurt. At the Kolpinghaus hotel and conference center, 350 Pontia youths gathered to listen and participate in the seminars and speeches that was on the agenda. The big hit for the weekend was no one else than author Thea Halo's speech about her book "Not even my name" which gave standing ovations for over 15 minutes! Our own secretary Kostas Fraggidis was her translator during the speech. Pontian actor Ieroklis Michailidis held a very interesting and funny lecture about the Pontian satire music... Of course, a big dance party couldn't be absent and everyone danced long into the night in the wonderful tunes of the Pontian lyra. Here are pictures from that wonderful weekend.
