Seminars & party, October 2006
The weekend of October 27, 28 and 29, 2006 our association arranged a big Pontian party for our members and friends. On the party day, we arranged a seminar about our Pontian tradinational costumes, our history and our traditions. The speakers were our special guests from Germany and Switzerland who also sang and played during the party. We present here some pictures from that weekend, which started with a mouchabet (pre-party) on Friday evening.

Arrivals & mouchabet, Friday, October 27th
Friday was the arrival day for our guests from Germany and Switzerland. When everybody was in place we arranged a big dinner in the Greek association in Rinkeby and of course it ended with music, song and dance until late night hours. It's the Pontian traditions... Here are the pictures.

Dance practice & the seminar, Saturday, October 28th
Saturday morning was deticated for dance practice for our dance groups, who performed in the party later that evening. The practice was followed by the seminars held by our guests from Germany and Switzerland and was carried out with big interest from our youth's side.

Here are presented pictures from our big party which a big success where our dance groups performed with excellence and with an astonishing program. The party ended at 5 in the morning.

Breakfast & departures, Sunday, October 29th
As always, everything good has an end. We rounded up the wonderful weekend with a big breakfast at a restaurant and we pledged that this won't be the last time we arranged a weekend like this. See you all again very soon.
